No Cussing Zone
If you choose to cuss, that’s on you…But just keep in mind not everyone wants to hear your foul mouth. Just because we’re the same age or social status, doesn’t mean we express ourselves in the same ways.

You’re more than a cousin to me. More like a sister. I honestly don’t know how I would have turned out if you weren’t in my life. I hope this is one of the happiest most successful years of your life. Happy 30th Birthday, I love you. I know if I’m half the woman you are when I’m 30 I’ll be in pretty good shape.
I know this term is way overused but why hate? Seriously, if another African American woman has something that you don’t; or has achieved something that you’ve yet to achieve…Why Hate? She’s just living proof that it can be accomplished.
I’ve always been taught that you date to marry. No need to waste time. I’m sure by now you’re wondering why he isn’t “Dating Material”, its simple, he has a child. Not just a child, but a daughter. I’m flexible when it comes to what I want in a man, but a relationship with God is a must and no children allowed. Now hear me out. Yes, he’s an amazing father; but I don’t want to start out playing second. Simple as that….And for that reason he feels like I’m selfish.
I know this is going to sound crazy, but it’s so hard being the “good girl”…The one people put up on a pedestal. I mean I feel like I can’t even make a mistake without it getting blown out of proportion. I can’t begin to tell you how many parents have come up to me and said “please don’t mess up; she really looks up to you.” Or “thank you for showing my daughter it’s ok to have standards.” You can’t begin to understand the amount of pressure that adds to my already crazy life. I understand that to whom much is given, much is required. And I also understand that once you’re put in a leadership position people are going to look up to you whether you want them to or not. I’m not complaining at all. I count it a privilege that young girls see me and say “if she did it so can I.” I love being the example.
