Thank you for being such an incredibly amazing friend. You’ve been in my life for 20 years and I wouldn’t trade a moment of it. Thank you for being my rock. You’ve been my shoulder to cry on through every major life event. The good, the bad, the ugly, the awesome, you’ve been right there. Thank You!

We have more memories than I have time. From cheering together in middle school to marching band in high school. From road tripping to CIAA to my 21st birthday with you yelling at me to relax (I wasn’t quite ready) LOL. From Tennessee to North Carolina to Maryland to Italy then back to Maryland, you’ve been my friend, my sister. I can count on one hand the number of friends I have from childhood. We either outgrew each other or are on two totally different paths. We’re ordering steps over here and don’t have time for the foolishness. I can’t tell you how thankful that I am that we grew together. I’m soooo proud of the woman you’ve become. I see how hard you go for your family and it inspires me. The way you talk about wanting better for them and giving them the life they deserve…truly warms my heart and brings tears to my eyes. I hate that you work so much, but then I see Jordan and Kyndall and it all makes sense. The girls are so blessed to have you as their mother and we know Aaron straight up hit the jackpot! 😉 I know, I know, don’t even say it…I need to catchup! See umm, yeah, let me get back to you on that LOL

Speaking of the girls…Thank you for choosing me to be Kyndall’s godmother. I still read the message you sent me asking if I would accept the responsibility. The part that stands out the most “My wish for u as a godparent is not for buying gifts, or babysitting, or just for show, but for u to be there in times of need, to provide spiritual, emotional guidance along with leading her and showing her the right direction in this crazy thing we call life.” I’m always wondering if I’m doing enough. But thank you for trusting me with such a huge role in her life.

Again, this is getting crazy long and I know you have a gazillion and ten things to do. So, Thank you for keeping my secrets and trusting me with yours. Thank you for never being afraid to tell me the truth. Thank you for always having my back. Thank you for being the true definition of a real friend!
